The Revolving editor

Editor at Work

I can’t stop laughing.

Our writers seem to have conspired to send their funny stuff for this issue. From Jim Turner’s poem on Tazering an unruly fan at a baseball game, to Colin Campbell’s short story, “The Bite,” to “Barrier”, a poem by Kate LaDew, we’ve got some clever, witty writing for you to enjoy.

Thanks to Jeannie Galeazzi for her patience, waiting for us to publish “Paid in Full,” which I somehow lost track of when posting the Spring issue.  Jeannie gives us a peek into the world of the indomitable Eugénie, woman of the world whose last memories range from an Egyptian souk to her nightclub in San Francisco.

Not all is humor and exotic locales, however. Newcomer Anthony Liccione takes the time to share his awesome poetry, including Awakening in Japan and Sometimes It’s a Miracle. PFC Liccione ships out on June 15. I know all of our readers join me in wishing Anthony a safe return.

Submissions may be emailed, preferably in the body of the email, to jvhitt73@yahoo.comThe deadline for the Fall 2010 issue is September 1, 2010. It should be available on-line September 15, 2010.
